The Director of Maintenance and Operations works under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services. The Director plans, coordinates, and supervises the building, electrical, mechanical, custodial, grounds, vehicular, special construction projects and other maintenance functions at the District sites. Responsible for the overall condition of all facilities within the District, and coordinates with the cities and community in regard to maintenance issues that may 
arise.
