Teddi Wentworth, Assistant Director, Management Consulting Services, brings extensive human resources (HR) management and operations experience to Â鶹ÊÓƵ Inc. (Â鶹ÊÓƵ). Prior to working for Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Teddi served California local educational agencies for over 14 years in various HR roles. Teddi has expansive, relevant knowledge of classified and certificated employment practices along with experience in project development and implementation, negotiations and bargaining support, position control, and employee leave management. Teddi supports Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s HR Network and State Budget workshops. Additionally, she conducts organizational reviews, comparative studies, and other client services as a part of the HR team at Â鶹ÊÓƵ.
